Apple Pie Overnight Oats

Ingredient List:

1/4 cup Steel Cut Oats
1/2 cup Fairlife Skim Milk
1 medium apple, diced
1 scoop SFH Churro Pure Whey Protein* (you could use any flavor protein to your liking)
2 tbsp. Nonfat Greek Yogurt
1-2 tbsp nut butter of choice (you can use any flavor to your liking, I use a cookie flavor peanut butter)

Recipe Serves 1

*If you use a different flavor protein, you may want to add a dash of cinnamon and nutmeg to get the full apple pie flavor.

Directions:

  1. Add all of ingredients together
  2. Stir to fully combine ingredients
  3. Let sit in refrigerator overnight
  4. Wake up and enjoy!
